Explore how delicious chemistry turns flour, yeast, and other ingredients into fresh bread and buttery spreads. Using KiwiCo's kits, we'll make some bread and butter. All requested glasses will need to be picked up from the library during regular operating hours. The library will call or email you when your order is ready for pickup. Limit: Five pairs of glasses per household. Orders are first come, first served. PLEASE NOTE: Glasses have two sizes. Young children may be too small to use these glasses and safely view the eclipse.

Learn to be a babysitter parents can trust. Kathleen Tucker will lead this 3-hour workshop during which you will learn the basics of caring for a baby or young child. You'll understand how to speak with parents when meeting them, how to diaper a baby, and the best ways of entertaining and caring for young children. Upon completion of the workshop, participants will receive a certificate. Please bring paper and pen for notes and a small snack. A short break will be given during the program. For ages 10 & up. The Pawling Library and the Dover Library are teaming up to bring you this special Spring Break Program! Participants will be given a vacuum bot to work with along with supplies to decorate your bot. Then the fun starts! You will be asked to complete challenges such as herding relays and battle against the other bots in balloon jousts and more.
