The Science of Cooking: Bread & Butter

Explore how delicious chemistry turns flour, yeast, and other ingredients into fresh bread and buttery spreads. Using KiwiCo’s kits, we’ll make some bread and butter. Each participant will be able to take the tools from the kit home with them. For 5th grade and up. Registration is required. Separate registration is necessary for other dates in this series of three. Additional date: March 25th (The Science of Ice Cream).
