The Science of Cooking: Bread & Butter
Pawling Library Annex 15 Broad Street, PawlingExplore how delicious chemistry turns flour, yeast, and other ingredients into fresh bread and buttery spreads. Using KiwiCo's kits, we'll make some bread and butter. Each participant will be able to take the tools from the kit home with them. For 5th grade and up. Registration is required.
