Changes to the Teen Program Schedule

Two new programs have been added to the program schedule for Teens ages 10-18. On Tuesdays from 4:00-5:00, the crowd favorite Roblox Club is returning. On Saturday mornings from 11:00 AM-12:30 PM, come have a continental breakfast and play games at Board Game Brunch. See the teen program page for more information. Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body: Tips from the Latest Research

Wednesday, September 27th / 7:00-8:00 pm This workshop covers four areas of lifestyle habits that are associated with healthy aging: cognitive activity, exercise, diet & nutrition, and social engagement. We will discuss what we know, drawing on current research, as well as what we can do now to improve or maintain our overall health. This program is being provided by the Alzheimer’s Association. Fall Children’s Programs Registration Open Now

Now that the school year is in full swing and the leaves have begun to change, we’re starting back up with the Fall season of Children’s Programs. Registration opens today and will run through September 19th. If you miss this window, don’t worry! You can still sign up for programs as space is available. To enter our lottery for program placement, download and fill out our Fall Registration Form at https://www.pawlingfreelibrary.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/09/PFL-Fall-2017-Childrens-Registration.pdf. You can return it to the library by fax, email (at children@pawlinglibrary.org), or by returning it in person at the circulation desk. The circulation desk will also have copies of the form on hand for you to fill out if you stop by to register for the lottery in person.
