Shamanic Workshop

Tuesday, August 6 7:00-8:00 pm Every ancient culture has creation myths which involve animals and half human/half animal creatures which may be helpful beings or fearsome guardians of some treasure, such as the Dragon. The elements of life on Earth are intertwined with ourselves and the beasts of the land, sea, river and air. In other words, we are one with nature. In this workshop we will work with Animal Spirits of both the natural realm and the mythical realm as they relate to where we are working energetically, in the deep reservoir of the Chakras or energy centers of the human body. Nadiya will guide you through a Shamanic Journey to converse with your Spirit Animal and she will help you relate your own experience to what you may need to heal in your life, set foot on a new path or transform what may need to be “composted” from the mud to the garden of your life. http://www.nadiyanottingham.com Registration is required. This workshop provides a guided meditation with self-energy healing. Please wear comfortable clothing. Material fee: $5.00. Registration is required.
