New Beginning: Living What Matters

About our presenter: Diane Ingram is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) coach trainer with a degree in Psychology and Human Development. She is a student of the Diamond Approach, which fosters personal development through methods of meditation, present-moment awareness, and self-observation. Conversations with Marian

Tuesday, February 19 6:00-8:00 pm Marian Grudko, author, composer, storyteller, book editor, publisher and amateur gardener comes to our library as a Human Book! Sign up for a twenty-minute conversation with her on any area of her expertise. Human Library Project – Sign up to read human books

Back by popular demand, the Pawling Human Library Project is a joint venture between the Pawling School District and the Pawling Library. It is an opportunity for members of the community to connect with educators and each other to share their stories. This year’s event will take place on Tuesday February 19th, 12-3 PM. Now, you can sign up to attend the event and “read” up to six human “books!” Human “books” will each lead 20 minute long discussions about their chosen topic. Yin Yoga & Meditation

Wednesday, January 16 7:00-8:00 pm Feel the peace by being present in the moment. Quiet and calm your mind and body. Experience your genuine self.
