    (All ages and a caregiver)

Saturday, 8/28 1:00 – 3:00 PM – Lakeside ParkThe library is celebrating 100 years! Our end of summer party aims to connect back to the time of the library's founding in 1921 through L. Frank Baum's The Wonderful Wizard of Oz. The world of Dorothy, Toto, and Oz will be at the heart of this year's event, which will feature inflatables, music, and a Wizard of Oz themed costume contest. Additionally, families will be invited to “Dunk the Wicked Witch" and members of the library's staff at a dunk tank and challenged to follow the yellow brick road in our cakewalk! No registration is required for this Centennial Committee sponsored event.

Unvaccinated patrons over the age of two MUST wear a mask while attending in-person library events. This means children ages 3- 12 must be masked at events, even outdoors.
