The Mid-Hudson Library System has entered into a reciprocal lending agreement with the Upper Hudson Library System. This means that many of the eBooks and downloadable audiobooks available through their libraries can now be checked out by Pawling Library patrons. The agreement only covers content on the Overdrive/Libby platform which is not actively checked out by another user. Due to a lack of quorum, the April 2022 meeting of the Pawling Library Board of Trustees has been rescheduled. The meeting will now be held on Thursday April 21st at 6:45 PM in the library annex. Members of the public are welcome to attend. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the change of date.
Due to a planned power outage, the library will have a delayed opening on Monday April 4th. We don’t know the exact time when power will be restored, but we will open as soon as we are able. Dutchess County has provided the Pawling Library with at-home Covid tests. Anyone who would like a free two-pack of tests may pick one up at the library any time we are open, while supplies last.
