Tuesdays 9:00 – 9:30 am – Ms. Neena Early literacy is an important part of a baby’s healthy development. We read, sing, babble, and bounce together. Learn resources to use at home and meet other caregivers. Ends with social play. This program will be held outside in our courtyard as weather permits. This is a six week program series. We highly suggest but do not require vaccinated patrons mask up at indoor events. We’ll focus on the keys for early literacy—singing, reading, talking, playing, and pre-writing. This six-week program will be held outside in our courtyard as weather allows but move indoors if conditions are not suitable for babies. Registration is required. Join us for as many or as few classes as you are comfortable and able, but please ONLY register for dates you plan to attend, as spaces are limited. REGISTER HERE. Tuesdays, 3:30 – 4:00 pm  Starts the week of 5/4 – Ms. Neena This is the afternoon session of this program — we also meet in the mornings at 10:00 am Our in-person, socially distanced classes will be held in the library courtyard, when the weather is good enough to meet. This program is designed especially for children two and under and their caregivers. Join us to learn new rhymes, read stories, and develop motor skills. Pawling and Holmes residents can register here. Residents are given priority registration for these small group programs. Non-residents can join our non-resident waiting list here. If space is available, non-residents will be welcomed in to the classes. ——- Important facts about in-person events:  All participants older than two years old must wear a mask during in-person library events. While we recognize that it is difficult for young children to wear masks and distance from one another, families will be expected to maintain social distancing as much as possible...
