Around the World (Grades K-4 and families) Four activity kits provided, do at home anytime. Activities are pre-prepped and ready to use. Learn about living in four different countries across the world. Join for the countries of your interest or all four! Each kit includes a craft/STEM activity related to the country, a popular drink/snack, and links to digital kid friendly content, like music, books, and virtual tours. Activity Kits & Tutorial Provided, 9 activities over 3 kit pickups. Do you have what it takes to solve mysteries and be a spy? Weekly educational activities focus on the skills needed to become an expert spy, like forensic science, observation, mapping, and code breaking. Hands on games, puzzles, and more. Developing readers may need assistance with reading instructions and setting up materials. Register here. Kit pickup is weekly, Tuesday-Sunday. Pickup protocol varies, depending on COVID-19 infection rates in our region.
Thursday, 5/28, 4:00 – 5:00 pm via Zoom Gerald and Piggie hear something..but what is it? Can you help them figure it out? This active game requires paper and a pencil or markers to participate. All live programming will be held over Zoom, which must be downloaded in advance. Caregivers must be present while setting up the connection.We encourage but do not require caregiver participation. Thursdays, 5/7 and 5/21, 4:00-4:45 pm Do you have paper? Markers or a pencil? Then you can join in for our virtual games of Pictionary! Pictionary is a drawing guessing game. Using Zoom, children and caregivers can connect to our live event, where we’ll compete in teams. Caregivers must be present while setting up the connection and are welcome to play, but are not required to participate after connecting their children to Zoom.
