Many of us are curious about veganism but think it sounds way too difficult to actually dive in. Author of the lifestyle guidebook Vegan Love, Maya Gottfried thought the very same thing. Now she’s been vegan for more than a decade. In this introduction to veganism, Maya will share the compelling ethical, environmental, and health reasons to opt for a vegan lifestyle and share her favorite tips and tricks for everything from eating out at restaurants to buying leather-free fancy shoes, to navigating the holidays. Bring your curiosity and your questions!
