This program is open to all who are concerned about preventing prediabetes. Each month, at these supportive meetings, we’ll be encouraging one another to maintain a nutritious, balanced diet, get plenty of exercise, and keep a positive attitude…especially when we stray from our intended goals.
Some of the members of this group have completed a year-long National Diabetes Prevention Program through a partnership with Putnam Independent Living Services and the Pawling Library.
