    Afternoon Hatha Yoga with Maria Polhemus

    Hatha Yoga is one of the most popular relaxing forms of exercise.

    Come spend an hour with us and enjoy a new found path to tranquility.

    Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or blanket.

    Each session ends with a guided meditation.

    Program fee:$4.00.

    What do scavenger hunts, petri dishes, and jumping jacks all have in common? They can all teach us something about the human body! Participants will help gather and observe germ specimens from around our library, learn how to measure their heart rate, and more!

    At this evening program, we’ll be focusing on feeling better in the moment by coloring mandalas.

    Please join us and replace unwanted stress with enjoyment.

    Printed mandala designs and pencils will be provided.
