Registration is required or preferred for our December in-person events. Passive programming in the children’s area is open to all. Fall Youth Programs – Registration Now Open!

Our Fall programs are just around the corner! Registration for child and teen programs for our fall cycle, Sept. 24 – Nov. 19 starts today, Monday, 9/12! Register anytime after this date. Children’s Programs: For more information on our programs for children birth – grade 4, visit our Current Children’s Programs Page. Register online from this portal, our calendar, or by contacting Children’s Program Coordinator Neena McBaer at children@pawlinglibrary.org or 845-855-3444. Registration is preferred for all programs in the children’s department. Drop-ins will be accommodated whenever possible, though drop-in participation is not guaranteed. Teen/Tween Programs: Visit our Teen Programs page for information on this fall’s series of events for youth ages 10-18. Register from our calendar or through the teen programs page. The Pawling Library’s summer program schedule is full of great events for children, teens, and families! Registration is now open for our summer programs, and registration is required for nearly all our classes and events. Kid’s Spring Programs Schedule Out Now

Have you heard? We’re back in person at the library! The full schedule of Spring Children’s programs for children ten and under is now available. Plus, we’re offering a series of parent and caregiver support programs too! We’re continuing to offer our popular activity kit programs, as well as occasional digital events. However, most of our events will now be held in person, both outside and indoors.   To view all our Spring offerings and to register online, click here to visit our Spring Programs Guide. Registration Open: Children’s Summer Programs

Registration is now open for all of our children’s summer programming. Our Children’s department hosts programming for children and families from birth through elementary school, all free, educationally focused, and fun! This summer, our programming slate includes in-person programming, take home activity kits, and digital events. Ms. Neena and Ms. Carla are especially excited about the return of Pre-K Science Club and our new Dog Tales reading program with therapy dog, Harper. Spring Children’s Programs Registration Open

No more April-fooling around! The full schedule of Spring Children’s programs for children ten and under is now available! We’re continuing to offer our popular activity kit programs, as well as digital events on Zoom and Facebook Live. Starting in May, we’re also introducing our first outdoor, socially distanced programs for children under five and their caregivers! Winter Children’s Programs Available

Registration is now open for our Winter 2021 children’s programs. The program session will run nine weeks, January 26th – March 26th. This session, we’ll be offering a variety of At-home kit activities and live digital programs on Zoom. Upcoming special events include a taste-safe sensory exploration kit for ages six months to five years and the return of our LEGO and Roblox Clubs. Socially Distant Santa and Mrs. Claus

This program has been rescheduled for December 12, 2020, due to inclement weather.   December 5th, 2020, by reservation only Get ready to bundle up and share your wish lists! Our annual visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus is ON! But… it is going to look a little different this year. To keep all involved as safe as possible, families will visit outside, one at time, while Santa and Mrs. Claus stay inside and chat through a window. Registration for 10 minute windows is required.
