SCRATCH JR Coding (Grades K-2)

Live on Zoom ; Alternating Tuesdays (9/29, 10/13, 10/27, & 11/10)  4:00-5:00 pm – Phil Scratch JR is an easy coding program designed specifically for children ages 5-7 to create interactive art and games, all while learning to code. Phil will teach introductory skills. A computer or tablet with internet access is needed to access Scratch. This program alternates with Scratch coding for grades 2-4. Registration required. Twodaloo Toddlers! (1.5-3.5 years and a caregiver)

Fridays 10:00 – 10:30 am – Ms. Neena Program runs six weeks, July 6-August 15. Attend as many or as few as you are able. This program is held live over Zoom. Join us as we sing, read, and play together. Kids love socializing with friends and singing along to favorites from the library. Each week’s story and songs will connect to the learning activity in Twodaloo Activities. Kids are given opportunities to participate in each class.   Caregivers are required to remain in the same room as any child under 5 years old. Join us as we make cloud dough–an easy sensory activity with only two ingredients–flour and oil! Families will need to get the ingredients before the program. All live programming will be held over Zoom. Caregivers must be present while setting up the connection and remain in the same room as participating children under 5 years during programming. Join Ms. Neena for a chance to sing, hear a live story, and socialize with other children! All live programming will be held over Zoom. Thursdays, 5/7 and 5/21, 4:00-4:45 pm   Do you have paper? Markers or a pencil? Then you can join in for our virtual games of Pictionary! Pictionary is a drawing guessing game. Using Zoom, children and caregivers can connect to our live event, where we’ll compete in teams. Caregivers must be present while setting up the connection and are welcome to play, but are not required to participate after connecting their children to Zoom.
