This program consists of multiple events. Participants do not *have* to take part in the Sleepover Celebration Event, but we highly recommend it.*

Sleepover Celebration and Stuffed Animal Drop-Off*: Friday, 03/10, 5:30 - 6:15 PM
Stuffed Animal Pick-up: Saturday, 03/11, during library hours (10:00 AM - 4:00 PM)

It's time for a library sleepover! Kids, their stuffed animal friends, and caregivers are invited to stop in the library for our special evening sleepover celebration, featuring bedtime stories, songs, and games. But the real silliness begins once kids leave! Stuffed animals are invited to stay the night at the library to play, read, and explore at a special sleepover. Kids will tuck their stuffed toy, doll, or action figure friend into bed and read it a bedtime story before leaving it overnight. On Saturday, kids return to pick up their toy from the library and enjoy photos / stories from the stuffed animals' sleepover. This imaginative event is always a kid-favorite.

*Can't make it to the Sleepover Celebration and drop-off? Contact Miss Neena directly to set up another time to drop-off your child's stuffed animal for the sleepover.

    This nine week program includes songs, stories, and games plus a play-based learning stations, like art, blocks, or fine motor play. While activities vary week to week, messy materials are occasionally used and smocks will be available.

  • Mad Science Club (Grades 2-4)

    Thursdays, 4:00 - 5:00 PM – Maureen, Library Annex

    Program cycle runs 9 weeks.

    Young scientists will be given a chance to try fun and wacky experiments each week—and learn scientific
    procedure in the process. Weekly themes include Sink or Float; Rainbow Magic; Snow Day; For the Birds;
    and more.

    Program cycle runs 9 weeks.

    On Friday mornings, toddlers rule the library! This eight week program includes songs, stories, and games plus a play-based learning stations, like art or parachute play. The program or portions thereof may be held outside in our courtyard to utilize our outdoor play equipment as weather allows but fully move indoors if conditions are poor. Please dress for the weather.

    Mondays 4:00-5:00 PM  – Maureen, Library Annex

    Program cycle runs 8 weeks.

    We will use a variety of materials as we explore different art mediums and styles and get messy! Projects include watercolor paint, collage, stamping, 3-D art and more. Smocks are provided.
