Please join us and learn about the renewable energy options which are available in New York State that you can take advantage of to help yourself, our country, and our world.  

New Yorkers for Clean Power (NYCP) is a statewide collaborative campaign to rapidly shift to a clean energy economy. Through education, advocacy and organizing, the campaign engages the public, local governments and businesses to advance a range of renewable energy, energy efficiency and clean transportation solutions. NYCP is focused on advancing solar, wind, energy efficiency, electric vehicles, renewable heating and cooling, as well as creating jobs in these industries for all communities in New York.

    Hatha Yoga is one of the most popular relaxing forms of exercise.

    Spend an hour with us and enjoy a new found path to tranquility.

    Each session ends with a guided meditation.

     

    Program fee: $5.00, per class.

    You can make a non-refundable payment using our library’s PayPal account, by check or money order.

    The goal of this once a month program is writing your life stories.

    At every gathering each person has 10 minutes to share a story with our group members in a very supportive environment. No one’s work and writing skills are ever critiqued. Your unique style of writing is the right way to write.

    Please join us every month. Relive your memories that will one day become your memoir.

    Surprise your family who’ve wanted you to do this. The biggest surprise you’ll find is recalling the stories of your life.

    Coloring is more than being creative, it’s a very relaxing activity that has been proven to reduce stress and anxiety.

    Each week we’ll be coloring a new mandala design, while also enjoying a good round of conversation.

    You don’t have to have a degree in art to participate…just some paper and color pencils.

    Please join us. Relax and connect with like-minded people, and add a burst of color to your day!

    If you’re not getting results in your job search, or don’t know how to begin, then this is the place to start.

    NOTE: Each 1/2-hour time slot is available for one participant. If a space becomes filled, you’ll be placed on a waiting list, and alerted to other openings.
