May/Tue/2020 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Presented by Susan Olin-Dabrowski

Tuesday, May 19 & Thursday, May 21
Time: 7:00-8:00 pm

Self-hypnosis is a powerful technique that brings you  in touch with your subconscious mind, the part of the mind responsible for habits.

During this presentation you’ll learn about the hypnotist's model of the mind and how to successfully harness the power of your subconscious to create the change you desire.

* Through guided group hypnosis we’ll be exploring motivating energy for habit change, empowering memories, and a positive vision of the future self.

* Using the principles of positive self-hypnosis participants will create effective personalized auto-suggestions to use in self-hypnosis.

* We’ll examine a variety of techniques for entering into the hypnotic state and how to use auto-suggestions.

Time at the end of the second class will be reserved questions.

Participants should have pen and paper with them as there is some writing involved.

Wearing headphones or earbuds is recommended for this presentation.
