Please join us for this hands-on interactive session on learning to cook Indian delicacies through an easy and a non-intimidating approach.
During the workshop participants will observe and learn to cook two popular Indian dishes – one from North India and one from South India. The audience will be able to see and appreciate the different spices used within the region. At the end of the session, they will be able to taste a small sample of the dish.
