The Pawling Library will host The Blue Olive for another special event exploring the many ways to use extra virgin olive oil and aged vinegar. Co-founder John Canevari will lead an interactive tasting seminar to guide the class through several unique palette-pleasing recipes.
Guests will have the opportunity to taste each recipe and take notes on the preparation and cooking process used to create each dish. The Blue Olive is excited to share brand new products and fantastic recipes from their test kitchen with new cooks and experienced chefs alike.
