Team meeting and practice for the Middle School Battle of the Books

The Battle of the Books is a fun competition between libraries in the Mid-Hudson Library System. Teams read the same books and compete against each other in a round robin style trivia competition. This year the books for the Middle School Team are: Doll Bones by Holly Black, It Ain’t so Awful, Falafel by Firoozeh Dumas, Ranger's Apprentice: The Ruins of Gorlan by John Flanagan, First Rule of Punk by Celia C. Perez, Super Max and the Mystery of Thornwood's Revenge by Susan Vaught, and Wolf Hollow by Lauren Wolk.

On July 24 we will meet at the Patterson Library to practice battling against them, and on August 7 other teams will join us at the Pawling Library to practice.
