    Create a cool character and come along on this story based adventure where you control where the story goes. This is a simplified version of the game ever popular Dungeons and Dragons, designed for kids. No experience necessary--this program is ideal for anyone who loves mysteries, adventure, and fun, regardless of if they enjoy fantasy.

    Tuesdays, 2:30-3:00 pm OR 3:15-3:45 pm – Ms. Carla

    Build early literacy and school readiness skills in this engaged reading program. Preschoolers read and chat with elementary aged buddies, who model great reading. These elementary readers get to practice reading to someone who won't notice their mistakes and really loves stories. Everyone benefits when kids read together!

    Wednesdays, 3:00-4:00 pm – Ms. Carla

    Kids and teen/tween volunteers 11 and up team up to complete a weekly reading and themed challenge in this literacy focused hour. The teens assist children with difficult words and confusing concepts while reading. The program ends with a team game or activity that makes reading fun!

    This summer, we're learning all about space! This weekly program will feature literacy and STEM building crafts, stories, outdoor games, and sensory projects that explore all things out of this world. Activities specially designed to fight the summer slide and keep school skills sharp. A small snack will be provided to each participant each week.
