Alternating Fridays (2/5, 2/19, 3/5, & 3/19)

LIVE ON ZOOM, 1:00-2:00 pm – Ms. Neena

This program welcomes homeschoolers grades K-4. We'll work on collaboration through virtual activities. This session, the focus will be kid driven social interaction. We may play group games like charades or we may just chat and be silly. Up to the group! Register here.

At this time, we can ONLY accommodate home schooling children—this does not include children enrolled in remote learning through a school district. Remote learners are instead welcome in all our other virtual and kit programming.

    Our activity kits guarantee at home learning experiences that focus on Kindergarten Readiness. We’ll include everything you’ll need for a weekly pre-prepped art project, game, or experiment.

    Each week’s learning activity will connect to the stories and songs in our live Read and Play Zoom story hour.

    Kit pickup is weekly, Tuesday-Sunday. Pickup protocol varies, depending on COVID-19 infection rates in our region. For the most up to date information on pickup protocol, click here.

  • Read and Play (3-5 years)

    This program is held live over Zoom. Runs nine weeks, 1/26 - 3/26

    This program focuses on the five keys to early literacy—singing, reading, playing, talking, and writing. Each week’s story and songs will connect to the learning activity in Read and Play at Home.

    Caregivers are required to remain in the same room as any child under 5 years old. Registration is required to access the secure Zoom link. Click here to register.

  • Twodaloo Toddlers! (1.5-5 years and a caregiver)
    Feb/Fri/2021 10:00 AM - Feb/Fri/2021 10:30 AM

    Fridays 10:00 – 10:30 am – Ms. Neena, This program is designed for ages 1.5-3.5, but children 3.5-5 are welcome to attend.

    Program runs nine weeks, January 26 - March 26. Attend as many or as few sessions as you can.

    This program is held live over Zoom. Join us as we sing, read, and play together. Kids love socializing with friends and singing along to favorites from the library. Each week’s story and songs will connect to the learning activity in Twodaloo Activities. Kids are given opportunities to participate in each class.

    These at-home activity kits (and instructions) are designed to build early skills and promote continued literacy learning. We’ll give you everything you need for an easy to do weekly activity, pre-prepped and ready to use, just like those we include in our in person programs.

    The activity will line up with the week's Twodaloo Toddlers program's books and songs.

    Activity Kits & Tutorial Provided, runs 9 weeks

    Do you have what it takes to solve mysteries and be a spy? Weekly educational activities focus on the skills needed to become an expert spy, like forensic science, observation, mapping, and code breaking. Hands on games, puzzles, and more. Developing readers may need assistance with reading instructions and setting up materials. Register here.

  • Roblox Social Club (Grades 2-4)

    Live on Zoom; Alternating Tuesdays (2/2, 2/16, 3/2, & 3/16) 4:00-4:45 pm – Phil

    Roblox is a super popular online game that allows kids to make, play, and share games they have created. Kids in grades 2-4 can chat while exploring different games together. Both Zoom and Roblox must be downloaded to participate. Register here.

  • Metallic Slime Kit (Grades K-4)

    Activity Kit and Tutorial

    Available for pickup week of 3/1 - Miss Neena

    We’ll give you all the supplies you’ll need to create your own metallic gold/silver slime at home. A video tutorial, led by our staff will be included, or you can do the activity offline with paper instructions. This may get messy, so we suggest clothes that can get stained. Register here.
