Each month, in a respectful and open environment, we’ll explore a new topic led by a different community leader.

At the start of the program, we’ll be watching a 20-minute TED TALKS video, entitled The Power of Vulnerability, with Dr. Brené Brown.

Following the viewing, we’ll open up a group discussion led by Jackie Muller.

Our wellness as individuals and as a community depends on continued sharing, support and conversation in times of celebration as well as in times of conflict.

Come Together and join us in fostering deeper conversations, listening to disparate experiences and points of view in the realm of challenging context such as racism, sexism, bipartisanship, whiteness and social justice.

We understand that these conversations could be difficult to have, and believe that by coming together to find the willingness to listen and learn, we can aspire to create a stronger Pawling, where ALL community members feel safe, welcome and represented.

This program is being provided through a partnership with the Pawling Library and Pawling Yoga & Wellness. https://pawlingyogawellness.org

About our presenter: Jackie Muller is the owner and clinical director of Dynamic Intervention Wellness Solutions, your keystone for community wellness.

Jackie has been a licensed clinical social worker in New York State for over 24 years. She specializes in working with families to improve communication and mediate conflicts with a unique focus on helping women to overcome trauma and limiting beliefs so that they embrace the gifts and strengths that they have and design the life they’ve dreamed of both for themselves and their family.

Jackie has a dynamic style of counseling which facilitates growth. Her style is transformative and interactive and guaranteed to develop skills and understanding that will change limiting beliefs into something more liberating.

Jackie has spent years of SELF discovery with a variety of traditional and eastern practices, such as yoga, meditation, fiber arts, reiki and trauma treatment, which she has integrated into her practice with clients in a way that when implemented strategically unblocks and opens up the clarity needed to find a unique pathway to wellness.

Jackie is on a mission to support and encourage women and their families to BE THE CHANGE they wish to see in their lives and in doing so help build stronger commUNITIES.
