Presented by Laurie DelBalzo
Director of Human Resources of the Trinity-Pawling School
Wednesday, July 17
In New York State employers must by law provide employees with sexual harassment prevention training.
At this free program you’ll learn to identify all the various prohibited forms of sexual harassment and understand what you can do to make sure that you are and remain safe in the work environment. The goal of this program is to give employees the tools to empower themselves against sexual harassment.
Employers who send their employees to this program must, at their place of business, review with each employee their own sexual harassment prevention policy to satisfy this statewide training requirement.
NOTE: This program will be held at the Trinity-Pawling School.
The school is located at 700 Route 22 in Pawling. http://www.trinitypawling.org
Registration is required. Call the Pawling Library at 845-855-3444 to register or send an email to Donald at email@example.com://www.pawlingfreelibrary.org/event/core-literacy-space-explorers-ages-3-5-6/10:00 AM-11:30 AMJul/Wed/2019

Team meeting and practice for the Middle School Battle of the Books
The Battle of the Books is a fun competition between libraries in the Mid-Hudson Library System. Teams read the same books and compete against each other in a round robin style trivia competition. This year the books for the Middle School Team are: Doll Bones by Holly Black, It Ain’t so Awful, Falafel by Firoozeh Dumas, Ranger’s Apprentice: The Ruins of Gorlan by John Flanagan, First Rule of Punk by Celia C. Perez, Super Max and the Mystery of Thornwood’s Revenge by Susan Vaught, and Wolf Hollow by Lauren Wolk.
On July 24 we will meet at the Patterson Library to practice battling against them, and on August 7 other teams will join us at the Pawling Library to practice.7:00 PM-8:00 PMJul/Wed/2019-Library Annex-https://www.pawlingfreelibrary.org/event/yin-yoga-meditation-with-maria-polhemus-14/15 Oak St, Pawling NY 12564
