    Changing Habits with Self-Hypnosis: A two-part online presentation

    Time: 7:00-8:00 pm

    Self-hypnosis is a powerful technique that brings you  in touch with your subconscious mind, the part of the mind responsible for habits. 

    During this presentation you’ll learn about the hypnotist’s model of the mind and how to successfully harness the power of your subconscious to create the change you desire. 

    * Through guided group hypnosis we’ll be exploring motivating energy for habit change, empowering memories, and a positive vision of the future self. 

    * Using the principles of positive self-hypnosis participants will create effective personalized auto-suggestions to use in self-hypnosis.

    * We’ll examine a variety of techniques for entering into the hypnotic state and how to use auto-suggestions.

    Time at the end of the second class will be reserved questions. 

    Participants should have pen and paper with them as there is some writing involved.

    Wearing headphones or earbuds is recommended for this presentation.

    About our presenter: Susan Olin-Dabrowski, creator of Whole Person Healing, has been a Certified Hypnotist since 1999. She has helped hundreds of people transform old habits and create positive change in their lives. She is certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists. Susan has been a Reiki Healing practitioner since 1997, is a Reiki Master / Teacher and holds academic degrees in Dietetics and Education.

    PreK Makes: Cloud Dough (Ages 2-5 and a caregiver)

    Looking for an educational and social break for your toddler or preschooler? Join us as we make cloud dough–an easy sensory activity with only two ingredients–flour and oil! Families will need to get the ingredients before the program.

    All live programming will be held over Zoom. Caregivers must be present while setting up the connection and remain in the same room as participating children under 5 years during programming. Caregiver participation is required.

He has led the Hull House Oral History project in Chicago and the gathering of memories among former members of the Henry Street Settlement House in New York. He is in the process of preserving his family history in a narrative.
