7:00-9:00 pm

Ayurveda defines health as a balance of body, mind, and spirit. When imbalance occurs, illness can result. To restore balance a highly individualized regimen, based on one’s body constitution (or dosha), is followed. Diet and nutrition are central to this approach.

Come and discover:

*How to determine if you are out of balance
*Steps to correct an imbalance and prevent illness
*Why certain foods may not be right for you but OK for others
*The importance of eating “seasonally” and which foods to avoid
*Foods that will clear your mind and make your body and soul “sing”
