Contactless Checkout and Virtual Services

As of December 27th, the Pawling Library is not open to the public. Instead we are offering contactless checkout and virtual services. Library staff will be on-hand to answer phone calls and emails and to facilitate contactless checkout. Free Online Learning

The New York State Department of Labor has made online job training available for free to all New Yorkers. Visit https://dol.ny.gov/online-learning-coursera to create a Coursera account and start learning. Courses cover a broad range of topics and skill levels, from business negotiation to cybersecurity to medical neuroscience.

Trustee meeting will be online

Winter Children’s Programs Available

Registration is now open for our Winter 2021 children’s programs. The program session will run nine weeks, January 26th – March 26th. This session, we’ll be offering a variety of At-home kit activities and live digital programs on Zoom. Upcoming special events include a taste-safe sensory exploration kit for ages six months to five years and the return of our LEGO and Roblox Clubs. She previously worked as a special education teacher in New York, Pennsylvania, and Louisiana. Currently she works as a freelance writer near New Orleans. Born in Putnam County, NY and raised by two generations of native Brooklynites, her depictions of the boroughs of New York were informed by her childhood experiences, family accounts, and a love of city history.
